Policies and courtesies
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving
early allows you to transition from the outside world to the tranquility
of Théra Day Spa. You may also be required to fill out any appropriate
paperwork required prior to your treatment. Arriving late cheats you out
of valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still
end on time in consideration of the next client.
Reservations and Cancellations
We here at Théra Day Spa are here to advise and assist you
with treatment selections. Life can be busy and full of the unexpected,
so if you must cancel your treatment, be sure to give us at least a 4-hour
notice for individual services and a 24-hour notice for packaged
services. Multiple services require a 50% deposit at time of appointment.
Scheduling an
appointment indicates your acceptance of this policy. All services and
prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity Policy
As a Spa Partisan, we know you want to show appreciation
for the quality service provided by Théra Day Spa practitioners. Tips at
Théra Day Spa average between 15% - 20% of the treatment price, but we
respect your tipping decisions.
Valuables
Théra Day Spa cannot be responsible for any valuables brought into the
spa. We recommend you keep your valuables with you at all times or leave
them at home.

Théra Day Spa accepts MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks.
